Amsterdam Jazz Agency represents some of the finest jazzmusicians in the Netherlands and abroad, as you will see in the Proposals and Artists sections of the site.

We provide artist management, bookings and production services, ranging from concert and project production to tour preparation and roadmanagement. We produce and release music on our label AJA Records.

The agency's office is based in the center of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Who's behind it?

The Amsterdam Jazz Agency (AJA) was founded by Eline Muller in February 2001. Eline has been actively involved in the International jazzscene since the early nineties, starting out as a volunteer programmer and promoter in one of the oldest and most renowned jazzclubs in the Netherlands, Porgy & Bess.

Besides her activities in jazz she is involved in her family's business. The Muller family owns and operates Multraship Towage & Salvage, a company operating a fleet of some 31 specialised tugboats, floating sheerlegs and rescue craft, offering harbour and sea towage services as well as salvage, wreck removal and emergency response.

Developing an ongoing passion for jazz, there was only one way to go; in addition to her carreer in the towage & salvage industry she decided to found the Amsterdam Jazz Agency, aiming to assist some of the most promising talents in Dutch jazz building a succesful carreer in their native country as well as abroad and to promote and represent some of the finest jazzmusicians on the scene today.
